Corrections, disputes, and removals policy

Every listing comes from publicly available business information, and every score is calculated from public Google reviews with the same published rubric (scoring method). A listing cannot be bought, and a score cannot be paid for. If something on your listing is wrong, here is how to get it corrected.

Correcting business details

If your name, address, phone number, website, hours, or services are listed incorrectly, you can submit a correction. Provide the correct information and something to verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once verified, the correction is locked in and will persist even when the directory refreshes its data from public sources.

Disputing a score

Scores and review summaries are produced by one rubric run against public Google reviews, with no manual overrides. A valid dispute points at incorrect data: a mismatched profile, reviews attributed to the wrong business, or a summary that misstates what reviewers said. Show us the problem and we will re-check the sources and regenerate the listing.

Removal from the directory

Listings are removed if a business has permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate of another entry, or if the business falls outside the scope of this directory. The directory also runs a monthly verification cycle that automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your business is open, accurate, and in scope, a removal request will be declined. You will be told plainly why.

How long it takes

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. Declined requests include an explanation.
